Pre-Festival Concert
Chabot College, Hayward
Tuesday, March 11
3-4:00 pm Load large instruments and selected percussion onto truck.
6:00 pm Those with instruments on the truck arrive to unload.
6:30 pm Arrive at Chabot College for Warm-Up
7:00 pm Concert Begins

Wind Symphony
Transportation will not be provided to Chabot on Tuesday night. Please make arrangements to arrive on time.

9:15 am Depart for Chabot
9:45 am Arrive at Chabot and unload instruments
Listen to bands in the theater
10:30 am Concert Band II Warm-up
11:00 am Concert Band II Performance
11:00 am String Orchestra Warm-up
11:30 am String Orchestra Performance
12:00 pm Wind Symphony Warm-Up
12:30 pm Logan Wind Symphony Lunch Concert
1:00 pm Lunch- Students must bring a sack lunch.
2:30 pm Concert Band I Warm-up
3:00 pm Concert Band I Performance
3:00 pm Symphonic Band Warm-up
3:30 pm Symphonic Band Performance
4:00 pm Chabot Wind Ensemble Concert
5:00 pm Load Buses to Logan
5:15 pm Depart for Logan
5:45 pm Arrive Logan and Unload Truck
When not in warm-up, performance, or lunch, all students are expected to be seated in the theater at all times. Students will not be allowed to wander the campus.
