JAZZ ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCE @ THHS HONOR SOCIETY ~ 12/02
The 2008-2009 Trabuco Hills High School Jazz Ensemble have been cordially invited to perform at the THHS Honor Society Meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 in the THHS Library at 7:00pm. This is a private performance and NOT open to the general public. The Jazz Ensemble will be performing a chart at the beginning of the meeting and then a few more charts at the end of the meeting. The dress attire is white polos and jeans ~ NO EXCEPTIONS. The call time is 6:00pm in the THHS Music Room. This is the ensemble's first gig of the school year and they have been working hard! The 2008-2009 Trabuco Hills High School Symphonic Orchestra will have rehearsal on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 in the THHS Music Room from 3:15pm until 5:00pm. This rehearsal is key in order to be properly prepared for the 2008 Orchestra Winter Camp, which will be held Friday-Sunday, December 5-7, 2008 at Trabuco Hills High School

On again this year, CharleS Hughes will be chairing the Christmas Tree Lot Fundraiser. The dates & shift times are as follows:

Music Boosters Holiday Party will be held on Desmond & Sloan
Chattleton's Residence in Rancho
Santa Margarita, California on Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm (after the 2008 Orchestra Winter Camp Teaser Concert earlier in the day). This is your chance to mingle with boosters, alumni boosters and staff. This is an ADULTS ONLY event. Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 2, 2008 so that the Chattleton's can properly be great host for this wonderful event!

The next Music Boosters Meeting will be held on Monday, December 8, 2008 in the THHS MPR at 7:00pm. Now that the fall marching season is over, we will switch gears to our Winter/Spring performing ensembles. Come to this meeting with learn more about upcoming events for the Symphonic Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble and Winter Guard.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN THE DATE & LOCATION
The 2008 Holiday Concert will now be held on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at Rancho Santa Margarita Intermediate School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California at 7:00pm. The students voted to perform with the RSM group instead of having our own Holiday Concert, hence the change in date and venue. Dr. Stephens will be giving the students a call time prior to the event, but please make sure they have their tuxedos, instruments and music when they come.
The 2008-2009 Photo Gallery will be updated with more pictures by the end of the holiday weekend. Check back on Sunday and hopefully I will have more pictures posted.
Please bring those cameras to the next event and take those fabulous pictures! Simply burn a cd of pictures and place them in the music boosters mailbox located outside Russ Moreau's office. Label the cd with your name & the name and date of the event. Thanks!!!
