T-SHIRTS:

There has been some confusion as to which travelers received the Rehearsal T-Shirt and Hat as well as the Red Orchestra HUB Polo Shirt.

REHEARSAL T-SHIRT / HAT:

Each musician/guard member and faculty member will receive the 1x rehearsal t-shirt and 1x hat free of charge. This was not originally included in the tour cost however it was decided World Projects and Bill Lutt would cover this cost due to the surcharge being implemented and to keep additional costs as low as possible for the travelers.

Shadow Tour members do not have the rehearsal t-shirt and hat included but have the option to purchase t-shirts.

Musicians/guard members and faculty also have the option to purchase additional t-shirts.

RED ORCHESTRA HUB POLO SHIRT:

All MAIN TOUR travelers (musicians, guard members, faculty AND chaperones) will receive one Red Orchestra Polo Shirt as this was included in the original tour proposal for the Main Tour.

Shadow Tour members do not have the Red Orchestra Polo Shirt included but have the option to purchase one.

Musicians/guard members, faculty AND chaperones also have the option to purchase additional polos.

I am sorry for any confusion on this topic but I hope this clarifies it.  Please just let me know if you have any questions.

VISAS
 
The visa application, 2 passport-type photos, and the hardcopy passports are all due by 4-18-08 – they do not need to be submitted by 3-7-08.
 
All other forms will need to be submitted by 3-7-08.
 
 
Passport copies:
 
Passport copies are past due.  If you haven’t yet sent your copy, please send right away.  You will also need to email the name for the airline ticket that must match EXACTLY what is on the passport.
 
Remember – if the name you submit turns out to not match the passport, any fee for changing your airline ticket will be your own responsibility.
 
We want to get these airline tickets ASAP to not risk incurring any further increases.   The airline lists are made, we are just waiting on a few remaining passport copies.  We want to submit names this week to World Projects for ticketing – prior to their 3/15 deadline.
