Your VISA applications along with original passport, and 2 passport photos are due by 4/18/08. If you would like to drop off the Visa Application and passport directly, we will be set up at The Spot (next to the cafetaria) on Friday 4/18/08 from 5:30 to 7pm. Otherwise, they can be mailed to the PO Box or turned in to Ms Hutardo by Friday. Visa application form can be downloaded <here >.
