Because there are 3 marching band competitions being held on Nov. 10th instead of the usual 2, we are hosting 18 bands this year, as opposed to the 28 bands we hosted last year.

WBA has scheduled the first band to perform at 4:30, so our work shifts have been consolidated to reflect this change. Please note the new shift times. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

We thank all of you for your time and hard work. As the day unfolds, we may need to pull people from a job that is heavily staffed to one that is not as heavily staffed. We really appreciate your willingness to be flexible, if needed. Let’s have a great show!
