PARDON THE DUST, WATCH FOR THE NEW LOOK!

We are currently working hard and fast to redesign and rebuild this site.  The goals for this re-design are

1. To ensure that the site as an overall will be more user friendly, making it easier for you to find information.  Obviously, we also want to showcase a sleeker look
2. To possibly implement a 'community builder' idea on this site.
3.  To make it easier for administrators and future webmasters to manage and maintain this site.

Obviously, it will be a little inconvinience for you during this re-design period.  There will be pages that are not available or incomplete while we are still furiously working hard to complete this project.  Rest assure, however, all important and time sensitive information will be treated with the utmost care so nobody should miss out on any critical news.
