MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
Thanks to all of the parent and student volunteers we had at our WGI Guard Regional last weekend. We had a lot of positive feedback from directors and judges. Great job!! Let’s do it one more time! This Saturday, March 17, we are hosting the WGI Percussion Regional. We need more volunteers!! All shifts and assignments are open. We also need student volunteers. This is a great opportunity for the Guard students to earn some community service hours. We need a couple of runners for the judges, snack bar workers, and door monitors. Parent shifts are as follows: - FOOD: 8am – 1pm; 1pm to 5pm; and 5pm to 9pm.
- DOORS/ROPES; PROP DROP-OFF/PARKING LOT; WARM-UP ROOM; FIRST-AID. These shifts are 8:30am – 1pm; 1pm – 6pm and 6pm – 11pm.
We will have some sign-up sheets and the Pre-Festival Concert tonight for those of you attending – so please help us make the percussion show as successful as the guard show. Your Resource Team |
