Everyone be aware there are some things being done a little different. Do not just go on auto pilot but be prepared for the day.
World: we will be entering and exiting on our own. This is to prepare for the regional the next weekend where we don’t have any help and do have to be aware of penalties at this show.

Parting words:
Bring your usual snacks. You all need to start thinking of yourselves as athletes in training. Stay hydrated, sleep well and eat smart! Complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and avoid SUGAR! I’m sorry but desserts and sweets are not allowed. A little nibble of something is acceptable but bags of sweets or even yogurts and fruits packed in syrup is not a smart choice. It needs to be a way of daily living not just a day-of or before-attempt to improve endurance.
