Everyone be aware there are some things being done a little different. Do not just go on auto pilot but be prepared for the day. World: we will be entering and exiting on our own. This is to prepare for the regional the next weekend where we don’t have any help and do have to be aware of penalties at this show. Parting words: Bring your usual snacks. You all need to start thinking of yourselves as athletes in training. Stay hydrated, sleep well and eat smart! Complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and avoid SUGAR! I’m sorry but desserts and sweets are not allowed. A little nibble of something is acceptable but bags of sweets or even yogurts and fruits packed in syrup is not a smart choice. It needs to be a way of daily living not just a day-of or before-attempt to improve endurance. We are hosting the first CCGC Color Guard competition of the season for many schools, some coming from outside the Bay Area. We need many adult volunteers to make this day a success. We are still short 40+ volunteers. Please take a look at the schedule to see where you might be able to help. Remember you can sign up friends and family members to help too! Make it a family event! Meet other parents and see what it's all about! Sign up at signup.com
