We are traveling to WBA 5A Class Championship in Elk Grove, CA on Saturday, November 18, 2023. The following day, Sunday the 19th, we will travel to the Grand Championship at Sac State, Hornet Stadium.

The  itinerary shown below  is tentative and details are likely to change throughout the trip. ​We will meet at JLHS on Sunday morning for a 8:30am rehearsal, break at 10:30am for lunch, and the students should return to meet at JLHS by 11:45am for departure on the bus. Please come out to support the band by either volunteering as a band booster or watching the band perform their final competition of the year!

James Logan performance is 6pm on Sunday (Grand Championships).

• Admission (online and on-site): $30 general, $25 Military, $20 Children 5-12, children under 5 FREE. WBA online tickets here. Tickets will come with a wristband which are good for both days at all venues. Keep your wristband for access on both days. Box Office opens at 1:15pm
• Concessions: Food & snacks available at concession booth and local vendors. Cash/Credit accepted.

Other stadium rules:

• No outside food allowed inside stadium.
• Use of cameras of any kind are NOT ALLOWED on the field for this event.
• Still cameras (digital or film, professional or otherwise) are allowed into the stadium and may be used from stadium seating, but not on the field.
• Tripods or other similar equipment that may obstruct the view or path of travel of others in seating areas are not allowed.

Our second field show will be the WBA Scarlet Regiment Tournament of Bands at Andy Hardin Stadium-Hollister High School on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The school underwent a name change last summer. It is officially Hollister HS, but you will see signs, directions and such referring to San Benito HS. They are one and the same.

Logan will be performing at 7:00 pm.

The menu for Saturday's dinner is TBD - will update when finalized.

There is no parking for parents at the Logan camp. With so many kids, buses, trucks, equipment, props, etc., we can't have parents parking at our camp with the exception of certain lead vehicles. Please park in the Stadium parking lot on San Benito Street.

• Admission:  $12 general, $10 student w/ID and seniors, children 5 and under FREE
• Open time: General Admission gates open at 3:45 pm
• General parking: Free spectator parking is located in the San Benito Street parking lot as well as street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding the campus.

• Shout outs/Airgrams: $5
• Concessions: Various local vendors will be selling food during the event. They will be accepting cash and card payments. No grills or open fires allowed on campus, stadium or parking lots.
