He/She shall preside at all meetings of the Boosters and Executive Board. Duties also include event coordination, social media presence, liaison between the boosters and directors.
Vice President	Bonnie Goce-Camat	vp​@loganband.org	​Oversee the leads, support related activities and be the liaison for booster members. Perform presidential duties in her/his absence.
Secretary	Adam Lewenberg	secretary@loganband.org	Shall keep custody of papers and records belonging to the organization; record and track the minutes of board meetings and provide the meeting notes to boosters. Create and maintain medical information binders.
General Treasurer	Marie Sabado-Bell	general@loganband.org	Shall keep and maintain the financial records of the organization; dispersing payments and assisting fundraising committee's with the collection and recording of moneys earned. Manage all ticket booth or event ticket collections. Monitor and report the financial well being of the organization.
Student Treasurer	Sonia Torigoe-Arroyo	treasurer@loganband.org	​Maintain and manage contributions/donations/member information to band and color guard student accounts; Make deposits and record; Collaborates on fundraising platforms to process funds, credits, and documentation; Manage Registration Day process and procedures; Creates monthly student account statements and emails; Assist ticket booth events; Maintain student account financial reports.

Fireworks Lead	Jesus Zavala	fireworks​@loganband.org	​Manages the fireworks booth in July.
First Aid Lead	Liz & Juan Dominguez	firstaid​@loganband.org	Maintains the first aid backpack and supply bin, secures the medical binder for all current students, and collaborates with a team of first aid certified volunteers to provide basic first aid support at all events.
Color Guard Coordinator	Christina Villegas	guardcoordinator​@loganband.org	Leads the color guard members as instructed by the color guard director, helps with show hair, makeup, uniforms, and equipment, maintains the first aid backpack and supply bin and acts as the liaison between the color guard director and families.
Food Lead	Sherin Panizza	food​@loganband.org	Responsible for planning and providing meals to the band and guard members for away shows, runs the snack bar for home shows, keeps inventory of food donations and is knowledgeable of any special diet restrictions. Works closely with a food crew.
Football Chaperone	Lucinda Asuncion	football​@loganband.org	Forms a group of volunteers for each game. Keeps band members separate from football game spectators, assists with water and restroom breaks and ensures instruments are accounted for. Works with a team.
Fundraising Lead	​-	fundraising​@loganband.org	Schedules and manages various large fundraisers throughout the school year as well as monthly dinner night out events to raise funds for the band and color guard program. Open to new fundraising ideas.
Head Chaperone	Maranda Tam & Kathy Chavez	chaperone​@loganband.org	Prepares bus rosters for away shows, pairs adult volunteers with students, assists with restroom and water breaks. Early student sign-outs from away shows are approved by the chaperone lead or designated person. Works with a chaperone team to ensure all students have adequate supervision at away shows.
Hospitality Lead	​Shiela Timbang	hospitality​@loganband.org	Plans the meals and supplies needed for the hospitality suites at home events and manages the suites for the entire event. Works with a group of adult volunteers and student runners.
Levi's Co-Leads	Kristin Welcher & Dan Lewis	levi​@loganband.org	Stays in consistent contact with Levi to maintain a positive relationship. Ensures each logan volunteer completes the required training and adheres to specific Levi rules. Coordinates and collaborates with adult volunteers to run the snack bar at Levi Stadium.
Merchandise Lead	Beatriz Fausto & Rocio Lopez	merchandise​@loganband.org	Orders and maintains adequate supply of Logan band and color guard branded merchandise. Attends events to sell merchandise to raise funds for the program and manages the online store.
Photo & Video Coordinator	Steve Bretzke	photos​@loganband.org	Attends events and captures special moments, shares footage within our closed group and provides images and videos as needed for special events.
Pit Crew Lead	Jesus Zavala	pit​@loganband.org	​In charge of loading and unloading equipment, organize pit crew volunteers, secure truck rentals and drivers and help set up events. Works with a pit crew.
Prop Lead	.	props​@loganband.org	Works with the directors to bring the show to life. Together with a group of volunteers, props are hand made to match the show theme. Lead is responsible for tracking inventory and supplies.
Senior Recognition Lead	Jennifer Angel	seniors​@loganband.org	Plans and manages events and gifts for the senior recognition event. All related costs are covered by senior parents (not funded by the band and color guard program.) Works with fellow senior parent volunteers.
Uniforms Lead	Karina A & Nelly Marquez	uniforms​@loganband.org	Manages and tracks all uniform related items, takes measurements, checks that all uniforms fit properly, provides on-site maintenance at shows and maintains inventory. Works with a team of adult volunteers.
Volunteer Lead	Vajitha Ramesh	volcoordinator​@loganband.org	Assists in finding volunteers for every event via emails, signup.com links and social media.
Web Master	Alberto	webmaster​@loganband.org	Maintains the website to keep it up to date with information that is helpful to families.
Events Lead	TBD	[email protected]	​​Plans and coordinates services and volunteers for various events throughout the school year.
