Want an exciting and unique way to help raise funds for James Logan Band and Color Guard?

​Volunteer at Levi's Stadium for our non-profit group!​

Join other booster members to work in a food concession stand as a cashier or working food prep. Raise funds for our band while being a part of great events like SF 49er football, college football games, concerts, and many more. 

​Earn $150 per event toward your student band/color guard account
Must be 18 years+ to participate
Students earn community service hours and more
All volunteers must complete & PASS the online Responsible Alcohol Training to volunteer.

Uniform Requirement

• Black pants (no shorts, leggings, capris, jeans or pants with holes)
• Black collared polo shirt (no visible logos. In cold weather,  non-logo long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt/jacket may be worn underneath the black polo shirt. Band Booster polo shirt/sweaters/hoodies can be worn)
• Black non-slip shoes 
• Black hat

Note: A Logan Band Booster hat is available for purchase for $15. It can be paid up front or charged to the student's account.

All volunteers must abide by the NFL Clear Bag Policy
Levi’s® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions:

• Approved clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. These include the following clear bags:
  • Clear Backpacks
  • Clear Fanny Packs
  • Clear Bags
  • Clear Purses
• One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
• Small Clutch Bag (the size of an adult hand) (4.5” x 6.5”)
• Seat Cushion

2. There are five modules to go through. This will take about 30 minutes.
   1. Video Training (6:43)
   2. Responsible Alcohol Service (7:50)

   4. Acknowledgement of Training (0:10)
3. Type your name to confirm your watched the training videos
4. Thank you (0:05)
5.  You can download the certificate by clicking on the 3 dots on the bottom right of the screen. (The three dots should be highlighted in orange). Click on Next Up and a small window will pop up for you to download the certificate. The certificate will also be emailed to you. Please send this certificate to [email protected]

ServSafe Training:
1.      https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/catalog/productdetail/ssaolp
2.      Click on the link above. Create a profile if you do not already have one.
3.      This should be the ServSafe Alcohol Online Course and Primary Exam – 3rd Edition
4.      Click on add to cart. This training is $30. There is a coupon code LEVY23 to give you 32% off. This training certification will be valid for 3 years. 

• When you start the training, you’ll be prompt to start training. This takes some time.
• Next screen will prompt to pick state. You’ll pick Other State since California is not listed.
• This exam will take about 2 hours to complete.

5.      If it doesn’t prompt you right away, click on ServSafe Alcohol and then click on Take Online Course. When finished click on Take Online Exam. You will need the Exam Access Code that was emailed to you.

You will be notified if you have passed or failed immediately after the exam. After 48 hours you will be able to print your certificate at any time you need it by going to Certificates, then View/Print Certificates. Certificates are good for 3 years.

additional information

• Check-in typically 4 hours prior to the event start time
• Parking is free. Location varies based on day of week (details sent prior to each event)
• Carpool typically available (meet at Logan)
• Levy will designate a volunteer meal for each event. Breaks only prior to the event start.
• No eating, drinking in the stand.
• Requesting or obtaining players’ and/or entertainers’ autographs are strictly prohibited.
• Cell phones and other personal electronics are not to be used while working.
• Sitting in guest seating, even before gates are open, is not allowed.
• While tips can be accepted, they cannot be solicited.
