- Earn $150 per event toward your student band/color guard account
- Must be 18 years+ to participate
- Students earn community service hours and more – Contact [email protected] for details.
- All volunteers must complete & PASS the online Responsible Alcohol Training to volunteer.

Sign up best practices
1. All volunteers for non-49er events are working concessions and must be 18 years+ and pass the alcohol training. No exceptions.
3. When signing up more than 1 volunteer, it is critical each volunteer is signed up as the person actually volunteering.
- Complete and pass the online Alcohol certification at levy.restaurant.org

- When completing the first page, fill in this information:

- Job Title: Non-Profit
- Location: CA Levi's Stadium

- At the end please use my email ([email protected]) so I receive notification that you've completed the course and test. Make sure you send a separate email with your contact info (email and phone number) to the Levi's Coordinator at: [email protected]
- You must refresh your training every year.
3. When signing up more than 1 volunteer, it is critical each volunteer is signed up as the person actually volunteering.
- Sign up each volunteer as the volunteer’s legal name
- Do not sign up your friends and family and indicate +2 or more.
- The Student Account Name field indicates where your contributions go. If it’s used for any other purpose your donation maybe misdirected.
- Comments should be reserved for special accommodations (ie broken foot) or other critical information only.
- If there are inconsistencies among the dozens of repeat volunteers over the many events, it leads to errors when reviewing the signup lists and causes extra effort when reconciling later. Volunteers may also be denied entry at higher security events if the info provided isn't accurate.
Uniform Requirement
James Logan Band Boosters Black Polo/Black Hat, black slacks (NO JEANS or YOGA PANTS), black non-slip shoes, and an apron.
Additional Info
- Check-in typically 4 hours prior to the event start time
- Parking is free. Location varies based on day of week (details sent prior to each event)
- Carpool typically available (meet at Logan)
- Levy will designate a volunteer meal for each event. Breaks only prior to the event start.
- No eating, drinking in the stand.
- Requesting or obtaining players’ and/or entertainers’ autographs are strictly prohibited.
- Cell phones and other personal electronics such as iPods are not to be used while working.
- Sitting in guest seating, even before gates are open, is not allowed.
- While tips can be accepted, they cannot be solicited.
