Our monthly Booster meeting is Tuesday, May 8th at 7pm.  We're meeting in one of the band rooms, as usual.
The Boosters are also calling all current Junior parents for a quick pre-meeting at 6:45pm to go over plans for next year's Seniors.  
We look forward to seeing you all there!

The James Logan Band and Color Guard are mourning the loss of one of our members, Shane Marcelino, who was tragically killed in a car accident late Saturday evening. Shane was a flute player, a four-year member of the band, and a friend to all. Shane will always live in our hearts and minds, and will never be forgotten.

UPDATE (2017/5/23):
This Friday, 26 May, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Marcelino Family will host a funeral visitation and vigil mass (7:00pm) and Saturday, 27 May, mass (12 noon) for their beloved Shane Marcelino, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello St. Union City CA 94587. 

It's time for band to travel to their first competition this week. The band will be competing in the Valley Christian Quest Classic held at Chabot College in Hayward this coming Saturday. Information is posted below. Please bring your family and come on out to support the premiere performance of the James Logan Band and Color Guard for the 2015 Season!

​​Booster Meeting Next Tuesday

If you are following our calendar, you will notice that next Tuesday, 9/8/2015 at 7:00 PM is our first regularly scheduled booster meeting for this year.  It will be held in band room #1 (701 on the map) at the Center for the Performing Arts.  You will meet lots of your fellow boosters and learn details about upcoming student performances and booster events.  Booster meetings are held every second Tuesday of each month so put a recurring reminder on your calendar.  All band and color guard parents are encouraged to attend.
