Donations still needed for the 2019 season

To All Band and Color Guard Parents:

We are at the final stage of the 2019 Marching Band season with two big events coming up: 11/16 Logan Invitational and 11/23-24 WBA Championship in Fresno.  This has been a fantastic season, thanks to all our dedicated volunteer families and generous donors. We are asking for a few more basic supplies to see us through the end of the season. 

​Here is the list,

• 8-10 oz Cold water paper cups
• 8-10 oz Hot water paper cups
• 8 ½ “ paper plates
• 20 oz paper bowls
• Large and Medium Disposable Exam Gloves
• Half and Full Size Aluminum Serving trays
• Condiments: Ketchup, mayonnaise, and relish
• Snacks individual size: chips, cookies and cereal bar. 

A few of you had suggested Costco Gift Cards during the previous Booster meetings. Yes, those are definitely welcome especially for purchasing supplies for the Fresno trip - we can shop at the Costco in Fresno instead.

As a gentle reminder, if you have not bring in you two cases of bottled water for the season, now is the time.  Any size including gallon jugs. We need water for the Championship. Act now! Bring the donations with you to Booster meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 7pm, or drop it off in the band room.
